Yesterday was my second scheduled feed day and I took full advantage of it. Lunch was a big salad, pasta, pasta salad, and enchiladas w/sour cream. A little carb heavy, but yummy!
Last night I was lazy and did turkey sandwiches for dinner. Again, a bit carb heavier than I’d like for EODD.
This morning I followed the protein and somewhat the produce content with eggs scrambled with black beans and cilantro. Good stuff!
I’m off to find the almond.
